About the Role
As a Service Advisor at EONIC, you'll be the face of our premium service experience. This role combines technical knowledge with exceptional customer service skills, allowing you to build relationships with owners of luxury vehicles while ensuring their service needs are met with precision and care. You'll work in a fast-paced, professional environment where every interaction matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and listen to their vehicle concerns
- Write accurate service orders and estimates
- Communicate repair recommendations clearly and professionally
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service completion
- Follow up with customers throughout the service process
- Process payments and explain charges
- Schedule appointments and manage service calendar
- Maintain customer service records and history
- Upsell appropriate services while maintaining trust and transparency
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in automotive service writing or customer service
- Knowledge of European vehicles and common service needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn service management software
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
