About the Role

This role is reserved for the most skilled and experienced technicians who have mastered the art of precision automotive repair. You'll lead complex diagnostic and repair projects, mentor junior technicians, and work with cutting-edge technology on vehicles that represent the pinnacle of automotive engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on European luxury vehicles (BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, etc.)
- Lead complex repair projects and provide technical guidance to the team
- Utilize factory-level diagnostic equipment and programming tools
- Conduct quality control inspections on completed work
- Mentor and train junior technicians
- Stay current with manufacturer technical bulletins and training
- Maintain detailed service records and documentation
- Collaborate with service advisors to provide accurate estimates and timelines
Requirements
- ASE Master Technician certification required
- Minimum 10 years of experience with European luxury vehicles
- Factory training from BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, or Porsche preferred
- Expert-level knowledge of engine, transmission, electrical, and diagnostic systems
- Proficiency with factory diagnostic tools (ISTA, XENTRY, ODIS, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
